Why do I see data from other restaurants?

I have an application where I have three data collections, restaurants, food categories and food items. The restaurant has several food categories, food categories belong to one restaurant. A food category has several food items, a food item belongs to one food category.

When the first restaurant adds a food category, the second restaurant can associate its food item with the food category, even though it did not create it at all (it did not create the food category).

Try creating more restaurants and link them to the respective users, add more categories and items, and check if the restaurant menu still holds.
