Why is the updated list deleted?

Clicking the circle icon updates “Tag” record of Logged in User.
And then, going to preview page, you will see your updated tag.
But once going back to the tag list page and going again to the preview page, the tag is gone.
Why? It should be updated once….

I think so. It is working.

When updating it, it records.

And going back to the send message screen, the data is gone.

But why is it gone?
I have no actions on the page.
