Adalo App Demo Won A Competition

At the end of February, I competed in a program called Measure of Music where we had 48 hours to create a music data project. My randomly assigned team and I came up with SoundBae, an app that uses data to match users to small artists who are performing in the area and fans to go to shows with. To build out wireframes for our presentation, I used Adalo (starting with the Chat App Template and then adjusting and building it out to suit our needs). We also relied heavily on the Swipe, Audio Player, and Calendar components.

At the end of the weekend, we presented our project to a panel of judges and were chosen as the winners! I just wanted to share for a bit of positivity in this forum. I am so thankful for all of the things I’ve been able to do because of Adalo. (You’ll also see @Ben as a demo fan for the preview since I kept his profile from the Chat App Template.)

Congratulations and thanks for the video, it’s great to be a fly on the wall for the whole pitch/Q&A process. It’s a great app idea, you should pursue it if you aren’t already!
