I recently signed up for Adalo Pro Plan but I don’t know if I did the right thing!
I’m creating Wellness App for a school but it’s running very slow to save a simple record. Sometimes take 10 seconds, sometimes I think it was frozen for the time it takes to add/update/delete a record. I’m getting very frustrated and if I don’t see improvements soon, unfortunately, I would have to find another solution.
I agree someties it is extremely slow. So slow that sometimes i am afraid to publish my app on IOS or Android. Please HELP… SOS
App performance goes slow off/on a few days. In my experience it has always been variable since I started using a few weeks back.
But this past week for me even the Editor has been slow, which I didn’t have before. I don’t know what’s going on.
We are aware of some circumstances that the apps response times can be slow and I understand this can be a very frustrating experience.
Please know that we are aware of these performance issues and it is on our roadmap to fix this for Q3.
Same problem here for the last few months since signing up. No way I am going to launch an app with this happening and yes, it is rightly frustrating because people (your customers) are paying for this service. Adalo is an amazing system and the recent updates that are coming out (marketplace, videos, cloning etc) are great but this issue should be right at the top of the priority list along with customer retention!
This should defenitly be a priority !

from user end, it takes a minute to upload a photo… that’s crazy slow
Having the same issue… some screens are very slow. @anon78309838 is there a better way to track the progress on this.
We are gearing up for a beta launch and it will be great if we can have some plan on this.
Honestly having the same issue, I am on a paid plan too. Have my app set to launch for the first time next month and I am really worried about this. Have been using Adalo for the last 2-3 months now. Would be great to know if there is a fix for this coming soon. Please. Any update or way to know of a incoming date would be awesome.
