This issue may have resurfaced on Heroku. It is currently under investigation again. Currently I have not updated the status page to reflect this as I am giving Heroku a 15 minute window to resolve the issue.
My PWA doesn’t work either.

Sometimes I can access the editor, but I lost all my work this morning, thinking it was due to an internet outage, I closed the page.
