Hi all, I’ve had a number of people email me directly and say they are not receiving ticket responses from our team. When I go into our ticketing tool, I always find replies from our team, but it seems we’ve a spam issue that we’re working on with the ticketing tool integrating with our Adalo domain correctly.
To help us resolve this, can you please let me know if you’ve had tickets not responded to? Happy for you to message me directly on here. Obviously, we’re going to our vendor and telling them to fix it, but often helps if we have concrete examples.
