No response from Adalo Support

I haven’t received any response from Adalo support. I’ve been creating support tickets for two weeks, and I’ve also sent emails to support@adalo.com and hello@adalo.com, but no one has replied. I have a Business plan. This situation is really surprising to me. Has anyone else experienced something similar or knows what’s going on?

I guess this is because Adalo changed the support tool. Did you checked your Spam?

Thanks, @Astha . So, what’s the new URL to submit support tickets? No one is responding to the emails I’ve sent.

The URL is the same - we’re receiving your messages/ responses and sending over replies - often within minutes - but it doesn’t look like the responses are getting delivered appropriately. I’ve sent over some examples in DM, and we’re actively looking into this! Thankyou for your patience as we work through this.

Hey @produccionvp–sorry about this. We cancelled out Hubspot (I made a post about it in the news section) and we anticipated it would be bumpy, but we’re now on a tool that is significantly easier and faster for us to reply on. If you have ever dealt with Hubspot, they make it hard to leave as they host pages etc for you.

In any case, the spam issue should be solved. Sorry again. We should be humming now.
