Add family members under a single user account?

I posted this before but never got any responses. I’m really hoping someone can help.

All I really want to do is let different family members login with their own usernames/passwords, but manage their activity on my app collectively, under a single primary user account.

In other words, one formally registered user with multiple “sub-users” (members of his/her family).

My company is a club, which people can join and gain access to services. The primary members’ family members can also use the services, but everything is recorded under that primary member’s account. So, while there may be 3 or more family members (each with their own login) using the app, their access to services will all be linked to the primary member account. For example, the primary member will be liable for any damages, late fees, etc, incurred by his/her family members. So, two question…

I think I would have 2 collections

1. Users
2. Family

FamilyMembers 1:M relationship with Users.
FamilyAdmin 1:1 relationship with User (ok this has to be 1:M in Adalo but maybe you prefer to have more than one admin anyway, in the case of parents having admin rights as an example.
