Make sure each toggle box is grouped with it’s respective text box. As well, try using invisible rectangles around either each group, or perhaps start with all of the groups in one rectangle. That helps a lot with shifting and bouncing components.

If we would talk about your first section with check box structure. What I see: First - column, than column have 5 child’s - rows. Rows have there own child’s: one number + text. Four - checkBox + text. In theory that components display shouldn’t cause any issues. It’s really simple structure, but I guess no-one knows how that looks in code. If Adalo would show code would be easy to see it, but I guess they using smth else. For me, looks like they using simple ‘stack’. It means, that there is no columns or rows. Just stack and if it’s true it will be hard to handle it.
