By mistake i bought the stater plane then i requested to change my upgrade plane to a pro version

by mistake i bought the stater plane then i requested submitting a ticket to change my upgrade plane to a pro version with extra money. After 10 mins later when i refresh my page suddenly there was no active plane!
now i don’t know what to do.

Question: when you log into your account and click on settings and then navigate to Usage and Billing.

Does it mention how many actions you have for this current cycle?

Support should be able to help, but Adalo does always give the option to upgrade your plan at anytime.

i paid , starter plane it’s been like 6 hours ago … and i am stuck jus here doing nothing.!

I personally want to apologize for the experience you’re having. I’m not sure what is going on with your account. I know support reaches out by email very quickly. I would give them a little bit of time. Sorry I couldn’t help you out. What kind of app are you building, just curious?
