Cannot login & signup "Invalid Username or Password"

Same from this problem Not able to login, even after correct username and password but no way to fix it

App: SparkiSnaps

It works on PC not Mobile (All web by the way), I tried everything nothing works.

Forgot to add that I tried both Form and Custom made using Input & Image Picker

Just like I said, it just works on PC (Web), not Mobile (Web)

Also can’t record it on mobile, i just recorded in on pc, it works

Not directly related, but I had a similar issue when trying to sign up for your app. It showed the “Action limit reached” message, which might be why you’re facing issues logging in or signing up. The good news is that the action limit will be removed soon, so hopefully, you’ll be able to log in and sign up without any problems shortly! :raised_hands:

No, the invalid username or password not the action limit i will ignore that.

I see what you mean now! But just to clarify, if you’ve reached the action limit, even signing in or signing up can be affected outside of the previewer :grimacing:

To check if that’s the case, try this:
:one: Click your profile icon in the top right.
:two: Go to Settings.
:three: In the modal that appears, head over to the Billing and Usage tab.
Here you’ll be able to see how many actions you’ve used and when the limit will reset

Thank you for sharing this recording. From what I understand, you’re using the username and password, so ensure no additional actions are linked to the sign-in button. However, it could be a temporary issue. If it persists, it’s best to raise a ticket for further assistance.

I’ve encountered this issue before, but it was resolved automatically after a new update.

How many users do you have on the app?
Try deleting one and create a new account (not on preview but in share mode)

it was not a temporary issue. and it’s forever

it’s not the action limit issue, i’m finding the invalid username or password issues that was not temporary
