Can't send push notifications to all users

Hi,
I have a list of registered users to whom I would like to send a push notification in order to engage them using the app.
It seems that if I set the recipient of the notification to be all users, no push is triggered.
Isn’t this a supported use case? If not, can Adalo recommend another way?

I have other use cases where I use push notifications, and those are working fine. This is specifically about the case in which I want to send a push to all my registered users

At the moment we do not allow for a single “push to all” function. We have some concerns about the misuse of such a feature and looking at ways to mitigate those concerns first.

I’m not sure you’ll ever be able to regulate this. When are you taking a decision to activate this, if at all?
