Sending push notification to all users

I’ve seen the Adalo API for push notifications here: Trigger Push Notifications via API - Adalo Resources

We don’t require a user to signup / login and want to use the push notifications for an occasional announcement to all app users. Are we able to do this if we don’t have user email addresses?

The way it is currently set up is that a matching email address is a requirement. This is for security and privacy reasons.
