Hi everyone.

I have been trying for days to add a multiple contact forms in my app.
I have tried follow the below video but unfortunately it lacks documentation.

If there where a workaround where i can add code to the app i might be able to create a simple form.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated as I’am new and also supper frustrated.

You can create “contact form” collection, there you would have a name, email and description.

Create a screen and add form there and use it to create “contact form”, you can add more fields in that collection and reflected in this form.
