Context Menu Displaying Issue

@franklbt I am having issues with the context menu. I tried to find an email address to contact you, but for some reason Adalo don’t have your email linked in the builder like the other folks.

I have a mobile app and my paying customer have reported that both in IOS and Android that when they click the three dots the text and the icon is nothing showing all the way.

However in PAW and our mobile website (https://m.guardyapps.com/) it works fine with no issue. Is there anyway you can look into this and possibly get a fix released please and thank you. I think its only affecting native builds at this time.

Context menu. The link honestly don’t matter. You gotta pay to use my app anyways. So you won’t be able to access the issue. However this component needs fixed for sure.

I see is a paid component from 3rd party developer, so you should ask him, not adalo team itself.

If you read the original post you would see I tagged him. I even said that his email is not linked on Adalo so I can’t contact him unless it’s here. . . I tagged James because it’s been over a month and nothing has been fixed. That is the only reason I looped Adalo in.

I’m having the same issue with the context menu in my app. The text and icon don’t show when the three dots are clicked, just like the original post. I tried checking if it works in the web version, but it’s only an issue in the native builds. Has anyone found a solution or a way to fix this?

Thank you for commenting! I know I’m not the only one. I’m getting sick of getting no support. It’s been week over a month! I get it’s third party but adalo needs to hold these people accountable.
