Create a custom form with a dropdown field

Hello everyone. Nice to be part of the community.

I have a question about how to create a custom form.

I need to create a custom form that has a dropdown field (to select the user type) and three slider selectors. I can’t use the form component because I need to use the sliders selector to set a numeric value with a specific range (0 to 100).

Does the dropdown field exist as a component outside the standard form? I need it to create the custom form.
