Custom Domain Not Working EasyDNS

What am I doing wrong, I’ve tried a bunch, I have attached the screenshot of what Adalo says and the screenshot of easyDNS, what have I entered in wrong? Thanks : )

What is your domain? And are you using a subdomain example app.domain.com?

If you want to point to just your domain without a subdomain setup… in Adalo set your subdomain to www

Then in you dns setting point www to hosting.adalo.com

Maybe I didn’t explain that well enough. I’ll try to get some picture

Are you sure you’ve activated your domain?

whois ipraises.ca

shows

Domain Status: inactive https://icann.org/epp#inactive

And I can’t get any name records for this domain.

Hello, the issue here is that you have added “ipraises.ca” in the host section in your DNS. What should be added in the (Host) section is your subdomain. (For example: App).

I believe that’s not the reason.

Nslookup doesn’t return any records for this domain - neither ones from previous screenshot, nor the ones from the next screenshot, nor NS (nameservers) records:

As there are no nameserver records, this means that there are no DNS servers which store information about this domain. @communications I would recommend contacting easyDNS support regarding this issue.
