Displaying Unique data when a specific user is logged in

Hello!

I am trying to create a card list which will display a construction project along with an image - this list should show the logged in user only their projects. I am able to get the information to display properly when no Filters are set - not sure where I am messing up.

I am set as a user for the correct ownership group and the relationships all look correct in my eyes, but I am still seeing a sample card rather than the project name. Why could this be?

I have included a screenshot of my database collections and the filter settings.

Thanks for any help!!

Hello, how are you? The project must belong to a user, so you can manage the information.

Whenever you create a project, the user must be logged in.

I’m doing great Santiago, thanks for asking!

I have set a relationship, so the project belongs to my user account - I am still not seeing the information. I also logged out and signed in to my account to ensure it was the proper one.

It would be nice if you could make a video of the relationship between the user and project database, the project upload form, and the project front end.

I’ve attached a video going thru my database collections and records.

I may have not explained properly - I would like to input the projects as records within the projects collection as the administrator - the front end would simply be the card list and associated text & images. I really appreciate your advice and taking the time to help me figure this out!

Video of Database Collections

The problem I see in the video is that the project has many users, and the project should have only one user.
If you give me access to your account, I’ll fix it quickly and for free! It’s easy!

How would this work in the case of an ownership group which has multiple projects and users? E.x. a project associated with a larger ownership group that has multiple users

One thing is who publishes it; the project belongs to a user, so the person publishing it is a logged-in user.

Another thing is whether that project can be seen by a group of people to whom you grant access.

In this case, you have to create a relationship between many users and many projects (for example, you can say: ProjectsUsers). Then, you show a list of the projects that contain the logged-in user, or show me all projects > logged-in user > projects users.

In your case, where the groups have many users, you must make the project have a relationship with the Group. Then, when the user enters my groups, they can see the projects published by that group.

Santiago, I can’t figure this out for the life of me - I am getting confused regarding the hierarchy and structure of the collections. I’d be happy to give you access - I’ve messaged you on Whatsapp.
