Does anyone know what happened to the platform? Does it seem to me that the Adalo team is not active? Emails do not respond and there is no support. My friends and I had high hopes for Adalo. We are with the Pro plan for 4 months and we decided not to renew. The worst thing is that we were unable to validate our idea with Adalo due to lack of support. We have problems with some components, because of bugs. We lost some users because of this. We really like the platform, if the CEO could tell us what’s going on it would be perfect.

Thank you. Adalus is surreal. I have already indicated it to several friends. It is very important to feel secure with a service. This sets a serious company apart from others. Thank you for replying, I hope if it is possible with improvements to renew another months and keep my MVP active until a validation.
I agree that things have gotten worse. I published my test version on play store last week and my testers are getting this message when they try to add a photo:
It’s an old bug I believe, so nothing I can fix from my end and yet I’ve had nothing from the team after raising a ticket.
Then there’s the recurring subscription payments question that just seems to go unanswered each week.
I love this platform and I’ve spent months learning how to use it but the customer service needs to be on par with the product or they’ll struggle to fulfill their potential.

I Agree with you, the last time I made a ticket, it was closed and labelled “solved” but my problem was not fixed. management needs to do something about this, or refund us since our projects arent being completed on their platform.
That’s sad, but it’s a truth. I shared Adalo on my YouTube channel and to my friends. I don’t share something I’m not sure is good. That’s why I will make a video today on my channel talking about Adalo and the disappointments I had.

I found out when I submitted another ticket, I was told that my matter was solved.
In the interests of fairness, I had my ticket reply today. Better late than never! Hopefully, this drop in CS is just a blip. We’ll see I suppose.
