Hey guys. Looks like there is an issue with uploading files using a custom form and the file picker tool. File pickers themselves are working fine, but the button action to add the file to a record/collection will spin and then give you the “action failed to complete error”. Check your apps and if you are seeing the same issue, submit tickets so we can prioritize this fix within Adalo.
