I guess it has been removed (hopefully temporarily), see here Suspend marketplace components that are undocumented or non-functional

This has been temporarily removed as it was causing a lot of confusion as to how it worked. It also had a few bugs that need to be fixed by the developer so we have suspended it until these are fixed.
