Get information to a spreadsheet from a photo

Hi Everyone :wave: :wave:

I want to get the information of a photo to a spreadsheet. How can I get it? Like when the user uploads a image I want to upload it on the Database or a spreadsheet. Any help appreciated. :innocent:
