Google play Console is requesting an update of Google Play Billing Library.

We have detected that this app is using an outdated version of the Google Play Billing Service; effective November 1, 2022, all app updates must use Google Play Billing Library version 4 or later.
Please take action: make sure your publicly available APK is updated to the latest version of the Google Play Billing Library. This applies to all APKs and App Bundles released in the commercial version."
Has anyone resolved this issue?
