Help With Modal: after clicking ok it return the page to the top, but it s a scrollable page and needs to stay put

Hello Friends,

I have a page that has enough information and activity to require scrolling. After a bit of scrolling I have a button that brings out a modal. When I press ok" on the modal, the modal exits, but the screen returns/pops to the top. I want it to stay where the user has scrolled so the user can continue down the page from that point.

How to fix?
