Hi Adalo Users. When a user shares a photo, what setting should we make so that it is deleted after 24 hours?

As directional suggestion, you can have one admin user that is active all the time, their device is always on and connected, so when the time comes, this online user can facilitate countdown component that check against time.
I would call this as frontend workflow, of course the ideal is to have backend workflow which in Adalo it means involving database API.

You could also use integromat on the back end to delete photo records more than 24h old, and run this every few hours or daily.
Also you can just filter your lists to only display photos with created date after 1 day ago.
