How to let users export their text data?

Hi all, is there a way to allow my app users to download/export their data as CSV or Excel or even raw text ? it’s only text data embedded in two databases with many-to-many relations.

I looked through the form and the closest I found to my issue is this topic but it doesn’t give an answer Export to excel - #3 by moshe212

Would appreciate any help thanks
