The leading 0’s of the data entered in Number in Input are automatically erased.
In Input, I entered “0123456” and 7 digits. The database then registers the 6-digit number “123456” with the leading 0’s removed.
I would like to know if anyone has a solution to this problem.

That is correct. 078 should be stored as 78.
Store it as a string instead.
