Linking entry data to record

HI guys,

I have a management data entry to logo when mail comes in. The manager enters the apartment number on the letter and I want it to then create a record with the relavant user linked to that apartment number and send them a notification.

How do I make the button create a new record in my “package records” but also link that to the person who’s apartment number was entered?
