Hey there, did a search on the forums but don’t see anyone asking about this — is there any way we can trigger the reset password email to the user manually?
We’re receiving a few reports from users who can’t seem to receive the reset password email, even in their spam/junk folders.
I’m not able to reproduce it with my gmail or custom domain email, but several different users experiencing this warrants a check, I guess.
Btw, I’ve tried to key in the user’s email address into the forget password form and it didn’t work either.
