Crisp chat feature on app

Good day community, so I followed a YouTube video to create user-admin chat using the crisp.chat…the challenge now is that I have no idea how it works practically… Like how do I get the messages from my users as the admin… And secondly I just created a chat icon and linked to the screen I integrated the crisp feature, so I also wanted to know if I’m supposed to add any logic to the icon button… Help please??
