Does anyone know how to get notifications and sharing to work. I heard it was hard to set up.

Welcome to the forum!
Here is the section describing how to set up Push notifications: Trigger Push Notifications - Adalo Resources. Please keep in mind they work only in native apps.
Sharing also works correctly only in native apps and it shares the data you want as “text” (not as link, image, etc.).

I will try again, and do a check, I have already sent it for test on Google Playconsole, I will recheck the actions on adalo and sent a new version
