I’ve reached 205 Screen between Normal and Modal, and I’ still going.
I believe I might end up between 250 and 300 Screens.
Would that huge amount of number effect the application behavior or speed ?

To an extent, but it depends what you are doing on those screens and the data that is being pulled, filtered and calculated on.
On low end Android devices you see the problems first. Also in web apps, lots of screens add to the initial load time.
