Hello, i have literally just paid for the yearly subscription by accident about 20 minutes ago thinking i had paid for the monthly! i quickly switched to monthly when i noticed, but then i seen i already had a pending payment for the yearly on my bank! so i downgraded back to the free plan, can someone help me with a refund for this ?! thanks
