i have done a delivery app which contains two copies,
one for the user and one for the market , but i have tried all notifications apis and it didn’t work , so how i can solve this problem.

Are you interested in scheduled notifications, recurrent or instant?
In order to be able to receive any push notification you will need to have published an app in the google store or the AppStore and to allow the notifications. To enable the notifications you will need to add a “Request Notification Permission” action.
