Would it be possible to have an app and a web with the same design and the same database?
I have already made the app and I would like to have an identical web to connect the database, but I don’t want to have to redo the whole design again.

You have to create the app separately with a shared database (You can select to share the database with the mobile app from the advanced options when you’re on the create a new app pop-up).
However, there’s good news and bad news to that.
The good news is that you can copy and paste screens from your mobile app into the desktop PWA. This will allow you to quickly have all of your screens in the new app.
The bad news is that you have to relink all of the link actions in the desktop PWA as they are new screens in the app.
