so why is the action not being triggered?
A couple of ideas:
Does it trigger correctly if you make sure the input ‘signup passcode’ is completed? It might not like there being an empty input.
Secondly, if any of your magic text inputs are multi-line, I have seen this causing the emails not to send.
so i’m just discovering that it actually did send but at a later time
As a general approach for testing - when custom actions don’t work in the app (but work in test), first try to check them with completely static data (no magic text).
If it works - try adding magic text into the fields one-by-one.
If it doesn’t work - then it’s worth checking the logs on the other side.
