SendGrid not sending emails

I have set up a custom action for SendGrid. When I test the action, the test is successful- But I dont recieve any mails.Not from the test, nor in the actual app. In SendGrid dashboard, under Stats it says Requests: 4, but none are delivered.
Any tips?

Does the email you entered is correct? Did you checked the spam section? Some screenshots of your setup and the preview or a video?

I just got a notice that SendGrid is experiencing send request delays at the moment. So I will wait untill that is solved before troubleshooting this further
