I lost 2 whole pages earlier today. Double-clicking to select a component too often makes it and several adjacent components completely disappear. They may be off in the white space linger somewhere where they cannot be selected or moved, but they were never moved (or selected in most cases) to begin with. Please fix. I’m just trying to make an app.
All I wanted to do was move the list down one line of text lower.
Are you using the section tool? Or are you adding all components to the screen one by one?
People have been asking this since 2020 (at the very least from what I’ve seen) and it has yet to be fixed.
I’ve tried every previously suggested “fix” I’ve read and none solved or prevented the issue.
One 2020 Adalo rep admitted there was a “temporary bug”, commenters replying the “bug” still continued after supposedly being addressed.
Going back at any point and SELECTING components that were added ONE BY ONE that are not groupped together will occassionally trigger a glitch in Adalo that causes several items to be selected with the chosen component on drag, freeze, stick at the last point it registered, and then throws the component off somewhere random on the white space of the canvas likely to never be seen again.
Example, nav bar added months ago with attached itself to a list created today when I attempt to move the list down as previously stated.
Cmd+Z does not always undo the glitch move or bring components back to their last position.Sometimes it does nothing and I’m left with an empty screen. Logging in and out does not prevent the glitch move.
For reference to anyone looking into the fix, I’m on Mac.
