The display filter does not work with numbers or with true / false

I have a display rule on a list where if it’s less than 1 the post shouldn’t be seen and it doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work with “equal to 0” nor does it work with the true or false rule, and this did work before.

Is this happening to someone?

I notice that there are bugs like this that they weren’t before.
