Visible sometimes not working - was before today 🤯

Hello,

Sometimes visible filter not working all of a sudden.

I have an image that should show if a list count is 0. This was working previously. From testing if I put the visibility to greater than 0 the image appears.

I have no data in the list:

And I have the filter as below:

As I say this was working yesterday, but not today. Am I missing something simple?
