Trigger notifications setup

My trigger notifications are not working. I submitted a supoort ticket and they can’t seem to find an issue.

I have the plan thay allows for trigger notifications but none of them work.

is it a set up issue?

Hello, according to the pictures above, there’s no issue in the configuration. Please test it using 2 different devices. One to trigger the notification and another one to receive it. Please let me know if the issue persists.

Hi The issue still persist, it hasnt worked since I initially set it up even after and Adalo expert checked it. I have a professional plan with adalo.

Could it be that the filter is causing issues?

I have the same issue, well similar.

I have several push notifications set up and they have now stopped working. The setup for 2 different pushes are as displayed below.

Any help would be great as it’s an important part of the app functionality.

The app is in both Apple and Android stores and I have tested to different devices.

Hi, Mine started working today. The issue was one of the filters wasn’t being recognised properly. Once I edited the filter it worked
