Update on the "dates/timezone" issue?

It seems like there is still an issue when setting rules based off of dates.

Is it possible to get an update on how dates are being recorded?
For me, (Japan timezone) at sometimes during the day my app will work correctly. My buttons will be visible or not visible based off of rules involving “dates”.

However, at other times of the day, all or none of the buttons appear.

Is it possible to get some clarification?
Or does anyone know of a workaround that will help for this?

We have been making a lot of progress on this issue although it is still not resolved.

Would you be able to send through a link to your app where this is happening and provide some details as to when these problems occur. It may help the developers further debug these issues.
