So I have been banging my head against the wall trying to get Vimeo to work.
All a dead end. Obviously, I could go the Amazon route (or Dropbox) but my app will be all video-based and that could cost some $$ quick. Also, dropbox has bandwidth limits on files.
Anywhoo - to get Vimeo working with Plyr you have to pay for the Pro Vimeo version. This gives you access to an mp4 link.
Now the link won’t have .mp4 at the of it but it still works.
I also wanted to run ads before my videos so that was important to me and that’s why I wanted the plyr player.
