Wrong informations in the AppStore, how to change it?

Hello, i published a new version of my mobile app on iOS and…

  • The logo isn’t the logo that i chosen in Adalo,
  • The language display in the AppStory is English instead of display that it’s in France
  • I changed the editor name of my mobile app, but, under the name, there is always display the previous editor name instead of the new name.

For the logo : How to put the logo that i want on the AppStore ?
For the language : how to display the language in FR (french) ?
For the editor name of the mobile app : how put the new editor name in the line under the name of the app ?

Hi @LuckyTravel!

We would need to check your app individually to see what the issue is - it’s likely got to go with the way it’s set up. As for the language - if you’ve created the app using French words and font, you should see it as such, but Adalo apps do not auto-translate. Could you please send in a support ticket so we can look into it?

I already did that minimum 4 times for others problems and i got not answered…

I checked the email ID associated with this contact and we don’t have any tickets from the same… taking this to DM to check the correct email ID. :slight_smile:
