Do they have a phone number I can call during business hours?
I don’t believe they have phone support, I know that on the $200 plan you get a dedicated account manager which I assume includes dedicated support?
They don’t have a phone number, but I’m sure paying members can schedule short calls with their support team to troubleshoot errors.
I’d love to do that if they would respond to my email. I have 9 failed iOS builds in a row with 1 locked in queued status.
It seems whatever server you’re compiling this from needs an update to fastlane. If this was my server I’d have done this eons ago. It’s literally 1 command in CLI.
@Ben Can you please run this on your server sudo gem install fastlane so I can compile my iOS build?
