You already have an APK or Android App Bundle with a version code of 105, so you need to use a different version code.

You have to start an other build in adalo with a higher version number and upload it in your Google Play console.
Example if you have a version 1.0.0 currently, you have to enter at least 1.0.1 when you click on “start new android build”
After that you can change the release name in the Google Play console under the field “App bundles et APK”
