Currently no ability to do system-initiated timed tasks in Adalo. And my attempts to imitate wp-cron are blocked right now.
Would be great to have a way to invoke a hidden page on a preset interval and use that to execute logic which needs to happen periodically like garbage cleanup or message sending.

There is a COUNTDOWN addon that you can use. Just make it transparent and decide how many seconds to wait and what to happen after wait.

This would be really helpful for my app that I have created. I have an employee recognition system. Right now the sales directors have to go in manually and add points for each users. It would be nice to have a background job so we can have a setting setup so that certain job titles get X amount of points each (month, week, year). I hope to see this become a feature apart of the adalo platform even though this has been sitting since 2020.
Would be great if we could have this function. Set a custom time for an action to take place which triggers a workflow.
This functionality would be of great help to the maintenance of the database for the elimination of garbage. And to carry out scheduled tasks of different kinds.
This is really needed as it could be used for user specific analytics, search index updates as well as the custom delayed notification triggers.
