Hi, is there any free way to get emails on user action? Zappier is 30$ per month which is expensive
Yes you can connect directly with a custom action + sendgrid, or another service such as sendinblue.

SendGrid is not entirely free by the way, but free up to 100 emails per day.
100emails per day are more than I need. It can be used when user nake order to send me data of order for example?
