In the Ordes table, I am getting a blank in User field. It works well if I add another screen and create order through that, but that means an unnecessary step in my app.

I would suggest avoiding adding any actions after Sign Up or Log In. In my experience, they might be glitchy. Some of these glitches are confirmed by Adalo, btw.
So having another “Interim” screen, like you did, sounds like a good solution.
