Incorrect fields showing on Click Actions

I’ve added additional fields to a collection. But the new fields don’t appear in when I do Click Actions > Create New Record. The only fields that appear are the older ones.

In the screenshots attached you can see the “To” field exists in the collection, but is not appearing in the Click Action I created.
I’ve tried deleting the button and creating a new click action on the new button, but the issue still happens.

Any ideas?

The field “To” is many to may? If yes, its not possible at create method, you need to create the record first then update adding the relation
